A crispy fermented lentil and rice crepe filled with masala spiced potatoes and pickled red onion, served with tomato coconut chutney.

Slow cooked mushrooms, capsicum and kidney beans, served with South American corn masa and potato arepas, and a chili corn salsa.

On weekends we serve traditional cuisine from our outside food stand, prepared and cooked as you watch giving you the opportunity to meet our chefs:
Saturday 9am-4.30pm : Kothu Roti – A fusion of Tamil, Muslim and Senegalese influence, Sri Lankan Roti with vegetables and spices, hand-made by Param.
Sunday 1pm-4.30pm : Tibetan Momos – Traditional Tibetan steamed vegetable dumplings hand-made by Lodoe.
